STEP 1: MEASURE YOUR BACK CIRCUMFERENCE.
To measure your back circumference, you must pass the tape measure just below your chest, without a bra and without tightening.
Ex: If you measured 86 cm for your back circumference, you are therefore between 85 and 89 cm , or a size 100.
STEP 2: MEASURE YOUR CHEST SIZE.
To measure your chest size, you must pass
the tape measure on your chest at nipple level without a bra and without tightening.
Ex: If you previously defined a size 100 for your back measurement, and you measured 105 cm for your chest measurement, you are therefore between 104 and 106 cm, or a D cup. Your size is therefore 100D.
STEP 3: FIND YOUR SIZE.
The sizes of the Lila bra range from 32 to 50. Using the results of your previous measurements, find your perfect size in this table.
Ex: If you previously defined a size 100D , you must therefore choose 46.
