Returns:

If your item doesn't suit you, no worries! You have 14 days after receiving your package to let us know and return it to us. You can get a refund or an exchange.

Exchanges and refunds are free in metropolitan France*. Returns are free, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases.

For this, write to us at hello@rue-des-lilas.fr by indicating to us: your order number, the item concerned by the return or exchange, the reason for the return, and in the case of an exchange, the reference and size of the new item desired.

We will then send you a return label, which you can print and stick on your package. This label is valid for 7 days. When we receive your return package, as soon as we validate it**, we will send you a confirmation email, and will proceed to send the new order (in the same way as a classic order) or to refund.

Don't hesitate to keep your tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

*If you live in another country, return costs are your responsibility.

**Please note that only items with tags, unwashed and unworn can be returned to us.
