How to take care of your Rue des Lilas lingerie?

You will find suitable maintenance advice on each product page .

But here is a short list of ESSENTIALS to keep your underwear healthy for as long as possible:

Prefer hand washing or delicate cycle.

Do not put in the dryer. And the spin mode really at minimum (to avoid damaging the elastics and buckles).

Exchange and refund

What are your return conditions?

If your item doesn't suit you, no worries! You have 14 days after receiving your package to let us know and return it to us. You can get a refund or an exchange.

Exchanges are free in metropolitan France*. For a refund, return costs are free! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases.

To do this, write to us at hello@rue-des-lilas.fr indicating: your order number, the item concerned by the return or exchange, the reason for the return, and in the case of an exchange, the reference and size of the new item desired.

We will then send you a return label, which you can print and stick on your package. This label is valid for 7 days. When we receive your return package, as soon as we validate it**, we will send you a confirmation email, and will proceed to send the new order (in the same way as a classic order) or to refund.

Don't hesitate to keep your tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

*If you live in another country, return costs are your responsibility.

**Please note that only items with tags, unwashed and unworn can be returned to us.

Can we make an exchange?

Yes! You have 14 days following receipt of your package to return your item to us for an exchange. Exchanges are free in mainland France.

To do this, write to us at hello@rue-des-lilas.fr , indicating: your order number, the item concerned by the exchange, the reason, and the reference and size of the new item desired.

We will then send you a return label, which you can print and stick on your package. This label is valid for 7 days. When we receive your return package, as soon as we validate it*, we will send you a confirmation email, and will proceed to send the new order (in the same way as a classic order).

*Please note that only items with tags, unwashed and unworn can be returned to us.

Also remember to check that the item you want instead is available in stock on our site.

How long will it take to receive my refund/exchange?

As soon as we receive and check your return, your exchange or refund will be effective. For this, you will receive an email when we have validated your return package. Above all, do not hesitate to keep the tracking number to follow the trace of your package!

If you requested a refund, it may take a few days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank. It will be done via the payment method used to place the order.

If you requested an exchange, we will ship your new package within a few days of receiving your return package, which will arrive with standard delivery times, like the initial order.

We ship to many countries, you can see when placing your order if yours is included.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is ready to go, you will receive an email with a Colissimo or Mondial Relay tracking number. You can follow its progress in your space directly, or on the carrier's website.

I haven't received my package, what should I do?

Our commitments

How are your materials eco-responsible?

The materials we use at Rue des Lilas to make your models are all recycled, certified or natural.

• Organic cotton is a natural plant material.
It is grown without pesticides, insecticides or toxic fertilizers, and without GMOs. Its cultivation requires less water than conventional cotton. It is GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified.

• Recycled tulle is made of fine threads of recycled polyester, which is a material made from plastic waste found in the Mediterranean Sea, and revalued. It is OEKO-TEX certified.

Is your packaging also eco-responsible?

Yes! We try to be careful about our environmental impact, right down to our packaging. A simple box made from recycled cardboard.

And we have chosen to put nothing more than a thank you card (also in recycled paper) inside your packages. To avoid producing unnecessarily and ending up in the trash... The raw product only :)

Where are your lingerie models made?

All Rue des Lilas sets are made in a workshop in Portugal, near Coimbra.

Payment

Is the payment secure?

Yes! We never have your banking information in our possession, transactions are directly managed by Shopify, which has a secure payment module.
