8. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

8.1 Delivery of Products


Products are delivered in mainland France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Austria, Ireland and the United States.

Delivery may be made by Colissimo to the Customer's home address or to a relay point, depending on the Products ordered. The delivery option available for the Product ordered and the associated costs will in any event be indicated on the page used to place the Order. Orders delivered to a relay point are delivered to the relay point chosen by the Customer on the days and during the hours that it is open. Customers will be informed of the arrival of their parcel by email and/or text message.

Products are generally delivered within 5 working days following confirmation of shipment by RUE DES LILAS, which is notified to the Customer by email. However, the Customer acknowledges that delivery times may be extended depending on the geographical area corresponding to the address given for delivery.


In any event, Customers can track the status of their Order and the expected delivery date on the dedicated personal area of their Customer Account, via a link to the carrier's website. In the event of non-compliance with the agreed delivery date or timeframe, the Customer must, before terminating the Contract, request RUE DES LILAS to carry out the delivery within a reasonable additional timeframe. If the delivery is not made within this new period, the Customer may terminate the Contract.

RUE DES LILAS reserves the right to close its company exceptionally. In such a case, RUE DES LILAS undertakes to inform the Customer (i) of the period during which the company is closed and (ii) of the date on which it will reopen, in a clear and legible manner, on the Internet Site interface and, where applicable, will postpone the dispatch of Orders as soon as it reopens.


RUE DES LILAS reserves the right to suspend the delivery of Products in the event of late payment and/or failure to debit the Client's bank account.
In the event of a Product being returned due to an ‘incomplete address’ or ‘unknown recipient at address’, RUE DES LILAS will contact the Customer to request additional information on the delivery address. In the event of re-shipment, delivery costs will be borne by the Customer.
